Not sure why you think Pacquaio was any more "roided" than any other fighter. But the young version was dynamite for sure. With age comes loss of speed and recovery, so yes the younger Pac was vastly superior to the older one -- he relied on the gifts of youth for sure.

I could see young Pac/Hearns going either way at 147, but would put my money on the Hit Man.

There are no actions that support he is juiced except he didn't want to fight Mayweather under the financial terms Mayweather's camp insisted on. He wasn't caught injecting anything.
