Is that what you were trying to say?

          And what a blow punch.

People always cry about Mares or Salido but there is a lot of Afro-Americana fighters that are dirties as hell.

Ward is one of them, and he has a special permission to clinch a lot of times, like a crab
Don't forget about the love Floyd got from Kenny Bayless Jr. Against Maidana 2... He was breaking up CLEAN punches?? I ended up turning the fight off. It was a waste of my time. Maidana was in the ring AGAINST 2 ppl that night.

And once I hear Bayless is the ref. For Connor??? I hope I get these same 5-1 odds... I'm gonna put up all I have in the bank on Floyd.

I'll make it simple for you. Were the final blows low as per Week's instructions at the beginning of the fight? If yes, then Kovalev was stopped on low blows. If no, you need glasses or a fully functioning brain.
The Kwitter didn't help his case by turning his back and flopping to the canvas.

He sent Weeks a message LOUD and CLEAR that he wanted out.

The uppercut to the solar plexis ...right before the last LOW upper was the one that did him in.

****** ass Kovalov kept looking at the ref. For help. Anand the ref. wasn't going to help him at all
he looked at him because he warned ward in the 2nd round for low blows then teh same punches in the 7th and 8th he didnt say they were low so wouldnt that confuse you too? you are basically saying he should have realized it was rigged against him and yeah i guess he should have but thats a pretty bad sign for boxing

Hands down the better man won! There are no excuses. Ward is just a tougher fighter than Kovalev that's all; Which is something Sergey even conceded himself. He could have continued but he simply chose to quit by feigning low blow injuries in order to get out of the fight.

you need to realize that ward has zero legit wins over kovalev. he has a robbery and a low blow ko. why wouldnt you want ward to beat him legit? i would rather ward retire and not disgrace boxing with his constant cheating but lets see if he can beat kovalev fair and square or at least without a ton of fouls like he usually does.

I agree that he was dumb to try and buy warnings from Weeks earlier, and it probably contributed to Weeks not calling the final flurry. He was also affected by legal punches.

Regardless of all other factors in the fight though, Kovalev was doubling over from successive low shots when he was stopped. That wasn't the right call, and it wasn't the right way for the fight to end.

It doesn't matter how you feel about either guy. What I'm saying is factually true.

Ward can dish it out AND take it.

Kovalev can dish it out....but he CAN'T take it.
