60's.
A good amount of solid lower weight fights but I think Muhammad Ali(Clay at the time) massively upsetting a close to Prime Sonny Liston have got to be the win of the decade.

70's
Most clear cut from this list. Frazier beating a past prime but still elite Ali in their first fight.

80's
A HUGE amount of big wins during this decade but i think Duran beating Leonard in Montreal will take the cake here.

90's
Douglas over Tyson. Pretty easy choice.

2000's
Tarver KO Roy Jones Jr 2nd fight.

2010-2017.
JMM KO Manny Pacquaio and I don't think any other win have even come close.

1960s - Ali over Liston. It's not just who he beat but how he beat him. 22 years old, walloped Liston around the ring, Liston tries to cheat and gets walloped worse, ends up quitting.

1970s - Another Ali special and no one should ever overlook it. ALi not only beat the most feared puncher in the history of the sport. he upset massive odds at 32 and barely looked in any serious trouble.

1980s - Duran beating Leonard in not just a great victory but a great fight. People tend to forget this was an absolute welterweight classic and both men went toe to toe.

1990s - Douglas stopping Tyson. Possibly the goat upset and...well not much more needs to be said.

2000s - Gonna end this list with Hopkins out smarting, out boxing and than stopping Tito...the beatin gwas so bad, he never managed to recover.

2010s thus far - JMM KO4 Pacquiao.

Yeah but in context, Bernard Hopkins was in the p4p rankings and had unified 2 belts for the undisputed against Felix Trinidad, and had seen some limelight among casual fans because of the Tournament and of being an opponent for Trinidad, Trinidad was the favorite against him but everyone knows that it wasn't going to be easy for him. Pacquiao was a literal nobody outside of hard core boxing fans, and was seen as an easy meat for Barrera so that they could get it on with the 3rd fight for Erik Morales, Pacquiao derailed that plans out of nowhere and became an instant household name.

It's the most shocking, but not the best. Marquez had already beat Pacquiao a couple times before that. Some people say 3 times so I can't put it at #1. Gotta be Mayweather over Pacquiao since they're considered #1 and #2 in this era.

00s - Mayweather over Marquez (His only real loss)
2010s - Mayweather over Pacquiao

At 35 years old in 2001, people were saying Hopkins was too old and was gonna get KO'ed.

I understand you're trying to really convince people that's the best win of the 2000s, but please realize MAB had 3 losses, Trinidad had no losses. Hopkins was seen as old, Trinidad was seen in his prime, #2 P4P by The Ring, Hopkins #7 P4P. Pacquiao was young, Hopkins was old...Trinidad was prime and undefeated, Barrera was prime and defeated 3 times.

In context Pacquiao defeating Barrera is much better than Hopkins defeating Trinidad. Barrera in his absolute prime in his best weight while Trinidad is in MW not WW (obviously not in his best weight). Hopkins outweighs Trinidad too while Pacquiao and Barrera are about the same weight.
