    80s - Leonard over Hagler
    90s - Douglas over Tyson
00s - Mayweather over Marquez (His only real loss)
    2010s - Mayweather over Pacquiao

After all the years of people wanting May-Pac they won't even give the winner credit If Manny had won everyone would have it as #1 on their list

I strongly disagree. Close fight, but in no way he did clearly win many rounds never mind the whole fight. He won 4 rounds, 5 if you're being generous.

2000s is tough. Tarver KO'ed a 35 year old Roy Jones Jr, Bernard Hopkins KO'ed a 28 year old prime Trinidad. Jones was stopped several times after that, Trinidad's only stoppage loss was that Hopkins one.

No name Pacquiao beat Barrera who was P4P No.3 at that time.

Choosing between these two is tough. Hopkins had a better run than Tarver but Roy was a greater/more complete fighter than Tito. Both great wins for sure.

Felix Trinidad was #2 P4P in The Ring magazine at the time Hopkins beat him.

70s has to be Ali beating foreman. Nobody expected that result.
