For the Lacy fight, didn't he avoid the heavy bag as much as possible and sparred sparingly for fear of injury? I wonder how this one happened. ARGH. He dispels alot of doubts about his ability by pummelling Lacy and now he's out of another fight--and the second time he's backed out vs. Glencoffe (although I know it wasn't a done deal this time).
Maybe in the fall vs. Tarver or Winky/Taylor winner...

What a ****ing joke. He's ****ting himself cos they've got no opponent cos Warren can't make fights unless the other fighter actually calls Joe out. I'll never buy a ticket to a Calzaghe fight again the man should ****ing retire.Comment

Calzaghe showed great skill in his last fight, even if Lacy didn't challenge him much. Joe has made mistake after mistake in training though. There is no excuse for this many injuries. He needs to wear bigger gloves and stop hitting the bag so hard. He's breaking himself down.Comment
