Arum probably has compromising material on him. Pac has resigned every 2 years with Arum for the last decade+. He could have jumped ship from Arum and made the Mayweather fight years ago under Haymond. Saving 10-15% in promoters fees from 100 million dollars is an extra 10-15 million dollars in his pocket.
