Why wouldn't USADA just ignore that he took the IV instead of documenting it and sending out the information about it via upload on the ADAM's system to other ADO's, WADA, sending it to NSAC, Pacquiao, etc.

It's far smarter to just pretend the IV never happened, especially when there is absolutely no way of knowing that an IV was administered. NO athlete has been found guilty of taking an IV that hasn't admit to it. NOT ONE. There is NO WAY of knowing that an IV was taken. Your plasticizer theory was shot to shlt (for blood bags). IV use is not traceable and I challenge you to find any athlete that was busted for it who did not admit to it first. USADA has only busted 2 athletes for IV use in their entire history, and they both revealed it to USADA first.

Your Lance Armstrong theory about his TUE fails because A)It didn't involved USADA/WADA, and the gauntlet put in place that he would have had to pass if it did involve them. He would have been busted easily! B)It was still found to be illegal based on UCI's rules! C) It was used AFTER he already failed the test. Mayweather failing would have automatically been sent to WADA by the WADA labs and uploaded to ADAMS. We know this. Be real with yourself.


There was absolutely no reason for USADA to reveal and document an IV that was used to cover up PED use. That would be the dumbest method for covering up this scheme ever. It makes no sense when they could simply say, "Have the IV. We won't show up. We won't say a word." Not to mention the sample taken before the IV which would make this even more risky.
