Do you think Bob Arum was aware of Pacquiaos PED abuse?
It's becoming fairly apparent now that Bob Arum is taking Manny for a ride but for how long has this been happening?

Of course! Michael Koncz, Pacquiao's manager who handles all his business works for The Bobfather so he knows everything from the PED situation, to his tax evasion case, to faking injuries, to cherry picking people who just got dominated the fight before, to cheating on his wife with **********s to everything else they'd rather us not know. There's a lot more that hardly anyone knows about. Fixed fights (Clottey and Marquez 3 come to mind, Manny doing hard drugs before he was famous etc. I don't hate Manny but all this is true even if it's not all proven.
This is one of the reasons (the other is blind loyalty) why Manny won't leave him and sign somewhere else. The Bobfather has a boatload of dirt on him that he could put out there to the public. He's got him by the balls to say the least.

Of course he knew. He even helped create the shoulder excuse for Pacquiao's Toradol abuse. Wasn't it Bob that first said he had the injury since 2009? So if the abuse was made public that he's been doing it for all his fights since he switched from illegal PEDs in 2009, he had an excuse. Well played Bob.
Bob has been a great promoter for Pacquiao. He even made people believe Pacquiao had no say in who he fought.

No Mayweather was smart when taking his PEDs. He would often take extended periods of leave, away from boxing and any typed of testing so he could not only take PEDs that can the mild PEDs that can cheat the NSAC test but could take the really hard and cutting edge stuff.
He would have kept it a quite closed shop, that is why he often has media blackouts and has a closed gym.
Floyd team probably made some ground breaking breakthroughs in Performance Enchaining Drugs, a shame that many of them won't get recognize for their work.
Maybe int 10-20 years you will see his stuff pop up in gymsComment
