BTW - USADA didn't go thru a vetting process with Floyd even though they have with others. Some took 2 months to investigate. Floyd's RETRO TUE approval was rubber stamped the next day after the request! WHAT A JOKE!!! Floyd paid USADA for a reason.

Yes and it's the NSAC that grants the use of Xylocaine. Xylocaine isn't illegal if approved by the commission before the fight. It's pretty simple. Why are you struggling with it?

NSAC didn't approve of Floyd using Xylocaine or is there something that you know that we do not? In fact, the NSAC said that Floyd "never disclosed" the use of his meds.
