That was a chess move it was 4million. He needed Joshua to have a title. He basically paid 4 the title and in return it helped AJ earn millions

He paid him 6million pounds (8.5mil dollars). But that was for an AJ fight.. Wilder wants 7mil for Whyte!

Martin must have blew the 8.5mil and now wants another payday.

I'd be afraid he'd go down when they touched gloves at the start of the fight.
I don't think he has a glass jaw. The guy got hit with lightning counters that he didn't even see coming at all. Anyone would have gone down getting hit like that by Joshua.

The telling thing is that he was just fine after getting KD both times, but intentionally missed the count coz he was scared AF. He knew he was in over his head at that point.

I think it's more his lack of heart then lack of chin. I could be wrong though.

I posted a link a link a few weeks ago on a thread. Martin got 6 million pounds (8.5 US) to defend his IBF belt against Joshua.

The guy's tall, a southpaw, allegedly has power, so in theory he should be fully capable of climbing back to the top or at least somewhat near it. But he just looked so sluggish and pathetic in losing the title to Joshua, a title he arguably only won through dumb luck to begin with. Until I see him put up a good performance against a live opponent I just can't take him seriously at all.

Yeah because Joshua was worth the 6 mil investment he's already made that money back from him. The same can't be said for dilian Whyte.

Joshua must have knocked a few screws loose. Targeting wilder would be better, he can beat that bum.

Charles Martin's biggest problem is that his whole training was big guy beats small heavy. The top guys are mostly big guys too so he has to learn how to fight against those guys.
