Anthony Joshua was pretty much the same weight as Wilder when he turned professional! (I don't really think Deontay Wilder's style and frame will enable him to be functional at 240-245 pounds! He is quite a slender individual, you only have to look at the width of his core! HE IS AT HIS OPTIMAL WEIGHT RIGHT NOW!).

David Haye is 6"3 but in my opinion he more densely built compared to Deontay Wilder! You can see the difference in frame even when Haye was weighing 220 pounds!

When you wield as much power as Wilder, size doesn't matter.

You could be eight-foot-eight, five-hundred pounds and he'll chop you down.

As hard as those 2 punch, 25 lbs make zero difference!

'Old man Wlad' at 41 is still a far superior physical specimen than almost everyone else in the division and would still pose a threat to every single heavyweight around now.

Wilder's highlight reel of knocking out bums seems to have instilled this myth that Wilder has ungodly power but there's really nothing (other than the aforementioned highlight reel) to suggest that his power is any greater than Wlad's.

Obviously though Wlad had the power to hurt Joshua, so it's more than likely that Wilder does too.

"I'm just gonna lean on him with all my weight" lol Has weight ever been quantified in a top HW fight to suggest it was the deciding factor? U only hit with ur fists. So why do people talk about weight like it's two people who are going to constantly run into eachother?

Wilder poses that same threat too to everyone in the division. Myth, UnGodly power? You've been listening to the wrong people. Wilder has true power, but against the very best is when it needs to be shown. That's why he wants Joshua. He saw flaws in the Wlad fight that he might be able to expose.
