Could Conor ever be bigger than Floyd?

Conor McGregor simply isn't a good enough fighter, tbh

Conor is 29 years old right now, and when Floyd was 29 he fought De la Hoya. So at 29, Conor is doing more than Floyd. But I don't think he's going to sustain and maintain that level of success. MMA fighters usually have a short reign of success. Can Conor maintain his position for 10 more years? I think the correct answer is it's possible but not likely.

Conor has the potential, but you've got to be able to consistently win to have the chance.

I don't think that McGregor beats Diaz in a third fight, and apparently Khabib and Tony Ferguson are dynamic enough to also give McGregor hell (and that's not even mentioning the young guy that no one even knows now who's coming).

To repeat what Floyd's been able to accomplish, you've got to start with a Floyd-level talent; tools/ability out the wazzoo, with the skill to handle anything thrown at him and still win.

There may be others, but the only two obvious names that the UFC has of that I'll are Jon "Bones" Jones and Demetrius "Mighty Mouse"Johnson (though size may be an issue), and in both cases, the most profitable way to max out with either guy is sadly has "heel" champion.

Getting a "job" has what to do with the middle and upper classes voting for Hillary or Trump? Hillary one the national vote anyways. Of course. I lived in New York and San Diego too. Always met cool Mexican people in California. All hipster and casual looking Hispanic people. However immigration is a world thing so I empathize. The USA doesn't have refugees on your streets with grandmothers and there grand kids sticking out their hands for money. We at least have opened the doors for 100,000's of refugees from Syria here. Our leader at least has compassion as a narrative to help them in live broadcasts vs just calling them all rapists and criminals. As if America's melting pot of Hispanic professionals from lower middle classes to upper middles classes are all byproducts of rapists and criminals.

Other than fighting Floyd himself I don't see McGregor ever doing over 2 million PPV buys or 4 million buys.

I don't know where your from, but if it's Europe...........yeah it's a mess. see I rather here in the usa help out vets that are on the streets first. Great Britain and Germany seem to be lovely places to visit these days............lol

Conor has quit on himself three times by the age of 29. Floyd did what he did with a boring style that nobody likes and without the media hype machine of UFC behind him. Floyd is still top of the world at 40. Conor won't be a fighter at 30.

Doubt he can match Floyd's consistency. Look at Ronda Rousey. Biggest star of UFC, appeared in movies, sold millions of PPV's. Two KO's in a row and she is no longer relevant.
