I believe what the real question that we all should be asking ourselves is not whether or not do we really think he is going broke but whether or not do we really think he is going to jail?Comment

True, but how many of them have been steered into real estate and residential rentals, and annuity investments, and gone broke?
Because the real estate, residentials, the $12m per year for the rest of his life annuity that he had before the Alvarez fight, and the host of other income-generating investments are all spinning off money to Floyd without him every having to touch the principal.
Floyd spends money, but it should also be clear that he owns a ton of stuff too, free and clear of any mortgage payments.
Servicing everything likely doesn't come cheap, but he owns his jet, owns his boat, owns a fleet of cars, owns his homes; heck, he owns his own strip club now.
Outside of the cost to tour the world, and buying the occasional extra car/watch/bag, what is there really for Floyd to spend money on?
Paul Williams saw his boxing career cut short, but he'll be good for the rest of his life; his camp had the foresight to put his money into residential rentals, he now has Paul Williams Property Management, and he can live off of the rents that he charges for the rest of his life.Comment

A 1 of 5 car or 1 of 3 watch isn't going to lose as much value as folks would expect; when things are that rare, you're basically looking at cash equivalents. No different than foreign business people taking the money that they've earned in their countries and using it to buy real estate in the US; cash gets spent on assets that will likely return to you the cash spent or more with time.Comment

Why are you acting like you're Floyd's personal accountant? He doesn't even know you exist.True, but how many of them have been steered into real estate and residential rentals, and annuity investments, and gone broke?

He's not broke yet. As long as he's fighting and pulling in these huge pay days then he will be fine and he won't have to make any lifestyle changes. But the moment he truly decides not to fight again then he will definitely have to change his lifestyle up and keep his spending and ******** in check. Otherwise he can go broke or he will burn through so much money that when it's time for him to push up Daisy's. His kids won't be getting squat.Comment
