    For sure; still, if you had the money to invest during the downturn, the bad times didn't last that long and the real estate has largely recovered now.

            Mate, a boat is literally the opposite of an investment. Especially super yachts. They depreciate like crazy and cost millions to maintain a year. Even if you rented it out 24/7 it would barely cover the maintenance let alone the crew wages, dock costs etc. Plus the resell value is **** all as people who want a super yacht have one built specially to their needs, if you're a billionaire you don't buy someone's 2nd hand stuff.

            They're epitome of a money pit.

                I don't like floyd to be broke but the way he spend his money there's no way that 500million dollars will last for 5 years. I say that floyd is struggling financially now.
