No, there was a huge difference in that case. 50 wasn't attempting to evade paying his taxes and never owed the government any money but Floyd is and does.

All 50 was attempting to do was to evade paying Rick Ross' baby mama that $13 mil judgement that the court had ruled against him while claiming he was cash poor and by filing for bankruptcy. However, luckily for him it worked.

Just wondering why you've been ducking me and the perma-ban bet.

After how much you've been licking my balls and sucking my ass, you have enough nerve to post this? LMAO.

You mad about what I did to you, right? Don't be mad. I've been stomping you into the ground for well over a year. Take it like a man, you little bltch.

Oh, that perma-ban bet still stands. You down? I bet you back out like a bltch. LMAOOOO!

            Let me try this again.

I posted something earlier completely explaining the irrelevance of Floyd still having a check from 2015.

But, I guess folks still like imagining he is broke or having money problems so much it must not have registered...like some kinda mental block.

            Here's the check:

            Notice who is paying Floyd.

This should be all the more astute of you need to explain things.

Those of you who still don't get it, ask someone (not me, cuz I am done for real now in this pitiful excuse for a boxing thread...A+troll thread if it is tho, LOL!)

Since you may not understand this, let me help you.

Bankruptcy is afforded to individuals and businesses by Federal law, and administered by State courts. Either way, the government.

50 Cent went to court and claimed he was dead broke on MULTIPLE occasions, and that his money was just props. The reality is that his net worth never went under 9 figures.

Same situation: a guy has a high net worth and does whatever he can to duck paying money as required by a government program.

That their reasoning is different means no nevermind. They're both masters at being "stanky rich" and only paying what they must, when they feel like it.

This is not how finances work. Checks have a valid until date, and on top of that it would be absolutely moronic not to deposit a check into a bank account. Even putting it into some crappy savings account will generate 500k in a year.

Does nobody here have a bank account that people are eating this bs up?

You really don't get it or understand I see. It's not about the use of government, in order to relieve your debts through the use of their bankruptcy laws. It's about not paying the IRS its taxes; Plain and simple. 50 cent never owed any back taxes to the U.S. Government nor was he ever sued by them. He has been sued by other creditors who claimed he owed them money but taxes was never included among them.

You cannot use the bankruptcy laws as an exemption to not pay your taxes. There are no amount of bankruptcy proceedings or relief that can wipe out an IRS debt. Once you owe the feds, unless they forgive that debt, you are on the hook to pay it. If not they would seize or put a lien on any or all of your current and future holdings or assets.

You don't cash a check that big. Getting $100 Million isn't as easy as making a deposit. Floyd got paid and invested that money long ago.
