Well you don't even keep it for two years is the thing to be worried about it being confiscated. White 51%
African American 25%
Hispanic 15%
American Indian/Alaska Natives 2%
Asian/Pacific Islanders 1%

But if you take this number and break down by population you come up with a different figure, this is by the amount per 1,000 by ethnic class.

This is what you have to add or take away from the percentage

merican Indian +100%
Blacks +92%
Hispanics no difference
Whites -35%
Asian -67%

This would put the American Indians at 102%, remember this is with around a 10% +\-
Suggest you look at the prison population in relation to the general population, you will find this is really over stated, it is not taking in the fact that if any other group had a larger number, and the highest makes up only 13%, that would be a rather large problem.
