Anthony Joshua Reveals How A Fight With Mike Tyson Would Go

Who would win in a fight between Tyson and Joshua?

That's the question Joshua was asked during an event last month and his answer was brilliant.

"Mike Tyson would have battered me!!" he then just said "I would've taken that paycheck and accepted the result,".

"You know what I done in the sixth round against Klitschko when I took that dive... I'm joking, I would have taken a dive against Tyson."

"He was a beast! I give all credit and respect to Tyson."

i'm now a fan of Joshua! Respect the past. Even if Joshua believes otherwise, he still has admiration & respect for the ones that came before him.

He's a very wise young man! No way he defeats Mike Tyson with that poor defense and poor stamina of his.

Then you have Deontay Wilder who says Mike Tyson is hating on Wilder for publicity and because he doesn't wanna be forgotten!

Forgotten?? Lmao Wilder thinks he's the new American champion that people look up to and that he's making Tyson irrelevant. He will never ever be as big as Tyson was or still is.. Heck neither will AJ. Tyson was known by everyone worldwide.

Long after Wilder retires and is forgotten about, people will still remember Tyson.

Guy lives in his own little bubble. People talk more about Tyson than they do about Wilder RIGHT NOW, in 2017.

I gave Tyson the slight edge here right now ,it really doesnt matter what fighters say , Joshua thinks Fury is a walk in the park and likes that match up, Fury thinks hes the best ever and no one undetr 6'4 has a chance , Wilder has stated hes better than Louis and Foreman thinks Ortiz is better than he was .M. Tyson thinks Ali would beat him and vice versa etc etc .........fighters generally arent going to come out and put themselves over past ones .

Really the best opinion is ones who trained 2 guys or been around them . The fight itself is not a mismatch ,how could it be ? In Tysons prime he never fought anyone over 6'3 like Joshua ! The best way to compare a fight is actually looking at attributes and skills along with the fights of each ,not just a name , thisis RARE from fans bc they are caught up in nostalgic history .

Wilder called Tyson a hater because he thinks AJ wins against Wilder. That's just his opinion.. Doesn't make Tyson a hater, most of boxing think AJ would win against Wilder.

Tyson also said Klitschko will beat AJ. When AJ was asked about what he thought of Tyson's opinion on the fight.. He never called him a hater. He said he respects Tyson's opinion and hopes to gain Tyson's respect after he beats Klitschko. And that's exactly what happened, Tyson has nothing but praise for AJ now.
