I see Jacobs is mentioned, please, jasobs is a big guy and Canelo gas zero chance to do what Jacobs did against GGG.

Canelo is much smaller guy than GGG, he will need a great inside game to do anything.
??? How does Canelo have zero chance against Jacobs?? FKN Pillow fisted Mora floored him. Canelo hits him like that it's out time. Jacobs has NO chin. All it takes is him to make 1 mistake. He already been KTFO. Sht that was like a 20 count KTFO. Chris Tucker got in the ring and even told Jacobs... You got knocked the ***-OUT!!!

He became TBE by calling himself it. God (or even the IBHOF) never came down from on high and declared it to be so. I think Floyd's the best of his era, sure - and will almost certainly be considered an all time great, but declaring his self-designated TBE appellation to be FACT just makes you sound like you're particularly gullible.

GGG lost to Andre Dirrell back in the day. Should we compare that fight as well?? SMH.

You got it all figured out. Jose Cotto rocked Canelo once so now he has no chin??? When GGG sparred Canelo he rocked him also.
Are you a f**king moron? Did I say he has no chin? I just said he was badly rocked but it was a long time ago. Understand? I said "to be fair it was a long time ago"

Why are you even replying to me?

I don't even think Floyd is "the best of his era." Manny is, to many boxing fans like me. Eight championships in different weight divisions says it all. A real fighter, somebody who was always a pleasure to watch him fight, not a single one of his fights ever was a boring one, NOT ONE. And he never resorted to trickery, cheating tactics, pushing illegally, clinching more than punching, hitting intentionally with the elbows, sucker-punching twice in front of either an idiot or sold-out referee...

His most controversial fights, have ended up in losses including the one with Floyd himself, which conveniently happened when Manny was way past his prime (his prime was when he obliterated De la Hoya, Hatton and Cotto, and of course Floyd avoided him like the plague at that time). And that blatant robbery vs.Bradley the first time, a robbery the boxing world will never forget.

Floyd's most controversial fights always ended up in a win for him (Castillo 1, De La Hoya, Maidana, both fights and Manny himself).

He "fought" -more like clinched, pot-shot and ran away from- Manny, when Manny was done, after the emotionally-devastating robbery loss vs. Bradley, and the brutal KO vs. Marquez, where he looked dead for a couple of minutes and any other boxer would have retired right after that fight.

SO NO, Floyd IS NOT the best even in his generation. Let's see him fight like a man without clinching and cheating, let's see him engage, let's see him fight OUTSIDE VEGAS, OUTSIDE THE US without his referee, judges, gloves, anti-doping agencies, sold-out commentators... that will never happen because he is and has always been a coward. And that's the last thing anyone could call Manny.

The "undefeated record" he has is a total sham. What Manny did in boxing is a feat nobody has even been close to accomplish. His only fault is not being an American. Julio Cesar Chavez Sr. had a 89-0 record at one point, so that fake 49-0 "record" of Floyd isn't really a record.

To each their own. Floyd is super-arguably "the best of his era," most specially to his American fans. But not to the rest of the world and even many Americans as well.

I dont give a **** if you boxed. Doesnt change the fact you say dumb **** on here daily like a bias idiot. Just because you boxed doesnt give you a pass for saying dumb ****. And stop trying to act hard, " oh if a saw you id tell you to get in the ring" sounds like an emotional response after being offended to me.

You said what casuals say, if you take away someones best attribute they are nothing. What kind of ****** **** is that come on? Thats why greats are great they have certain attributes, GGG's is his power and ability to cut the ring off. Of course if you take that away he wont be as good.

The name of the game is to try and take away the other fighters best attributes and force your will on them. That's why boxers spend the first few rounds feeling each other out. And a good corner will help you see stuff you don't see up close...And then their are fight plans that go FULL RTARD. Like Canelo trying to out box Floyd. Bradley trying to out slug Prov. And Pac.

Canelo has more tools than GGG does.

But it doesn't take away the withering power of GGG.

Canelo will need to follow through on a multi-faceted fight plan in order to position himself to pull away from Golovkin for a UD or a late stoppage.

He needs to focus on out-boxing GGG in the first 5 rounds, but not gassing himself in the process.

If Canelo loses, I could see it playing out similarly to the first Cotto vs. Margarito fight (minus the cheating handwraps). Because if Canelo pushes early, he will win those early rounds, but if he pushes too much he is going to fade and get destroyed in the latter half of the fight.

This is such a fantastic match up. Best fight at 160 lbs in a reeeaaally long time.

Gullible is when you repeat the same stuff the morons on T.V. say all the time ("the best of his era") cuz they cant except the truth.

It's accept, brother. And what's this about 'truth' and 'facts' man? You're giving an opinion, nothing more. Show me a man who can't tell the difference between an opinion and a fact and I'll show you a real moron.
