British Board a tad overly sensitive and not exactly their place to check every aspect of a boxer's personal life. Last time I checked, most prizefighters are not exactly squeaky clean. They are in the toughest sport of all as well, where your health and life is on the line, in a way, each time they step in the ring for a pro fight.
