If you watch the fight in slow mo, and focus on Horn then, you will notice he does land some telling blows! Just keep the focus on Horn and ignore the mishmash face.

I thought Manny won watching it while it was happening, but scored it slightly for Horn after rewatching.

Only slightly though, and I can see how Horn's style may lead to many controversial decisions.
