For people who know the boxing business, you're aware that the WBO is Arum's pet organization. Almost all of his champions hold the WBO. If there's anything to investigate here, it's the fact that Pacquiao was on his last fight with Top Rank and had tried to negotiate a deal with Khan that Arum was obviously against. This could well have caused something fishy to have gone down, ensuring Pacquiao lost if it went to the scorecards. You're also seeing Arum demeaning Pacquiao now, saying he's not what he was even a year ago. He is devaluing him as much as possible in case he elects to move on to a different promoter; my guess is Arum anticipates that will be the case. All he has to offer is the rematch carrot, which he will certainly use to try and lock Manny up long-term again. This is the lowest behavior I've ever seen from Arum, truly sickening. I'm sure it's always been this way, but it's never been this clear to me before. What a snake
