Dude...seriously.
First you say 50ml is the normal amount of IV fluid given in a hospital.
Next, you try comparing Floyd to Armstrong, not knowing apparently Armstrong used an IV to pass a BLOOD TEST to lower his hematocrit level at a time when there wasn't an adequate test for EPO. Mayweather was taking a URINE TEST on May 1st, which can only be affected by an IV if it dilutes the sample, but the sample is checked to make sure it is not diluted by both the DCO and the independent WADA lab. The samples sent to the WADA lab do not have the athletes names on them.
And Finally, you can't seem to understand what "within" means. Mayweather never offered a 30 day cut off. Pacquiao's team did.
After reports had surfaced that both parties had agreed to all terms, Golden Boy Promotions released a press release on December 22, 2009, revealing that Pacquiao was unwilling to comply with the Olympic-style drug testing requested by Team Mayweather.
Not long after declaring that the fight was off, Arum had a change of heart and offered Mayweather a 24-hour take-it-or-leave-it deadline to accept Team Pacquiao's terms for drug testing. Top Rank sent out a press release explaining their position on Mayweather's request for random Olympic-style drug testing. In it, Arum said Pacquiao was willing to submit to as many random urine tests requested, but as far as random blood tests were concerned, he was only willing to subject himself to 3 tests: one in January, one 30 days from the bout (no later than February 13) and immediately after the fight.

They entered mediation on January 7th (when Mayweahter sought 14 days), so what you're trying to say is that much changed in a matter of 2 weeks. Somehow Mayweather just pulled 30 days out his ass initially....then Pac's team accepted and he went down to 14 days??? In 2 weeks....?????
