The blood test was taken by Dr. Richard Gluckman and sent to Quest Diagnostics on April 8, 2009, which is 24-days before the fight with Hatton. The latest discovery punches holes in some of the stories that claim Pacquiao took a blood test "14-days" before the Hatton fight. The footage of the blood test [Pacquiao/Hatton 24/7] may have aired 14-days before the fight, but actual test was taken on April 8.

Mayweather didn't know Pacquiao would duck testing. If he didn't want the fight he wouldn't have budged and offered 14 days and he didn't know Pacquiao would turn that down too. Pacquiao didn't have a problem having blood taken 2 weeks before the Hatton fight.

Roach admitted the reason the fight didn't happen was because of them.

No other fighter had a problem with Mayweathers testing demands only Pacquiao. He walked away from the biggest fight in history over it.
