He is probably referring to ariza which shows the hypocrisy and hate for pac at the time on his part for not calling out Floyd for hiring ariza

I think them neddles just started to fade off, even Horn roughed him... Been some 9 years, he have been fighting absolute bums (except for May and Bradley) and couldn't KO them.
Yeah except that's not a fact at all. They accepted the testing but didn't want it right up to fight night because Manny claimed the drawing of blood from needles weakened him. Was it true? Who the fk knows but let's not make stuff up

Interesting for sure. My concern is Malignaggi has detested Pacquiao and held all sorts of biases against him for many years now. It must be a coincidence he's claiming he has "proof" of illegal behavior on Pacquiao's part? He could certainly describe what sort of proof he has without outing his source, yes? And yet he doesn't seem willing. This looks cowardly.

Hmm, you are right, drawing blood the night before the fight gives Manny a good reason to refuse if that was the case.

Exactly. It's not like many of us weren't around at the time. No need for newbies and/or manipulators to rewrite history for us.

It is fact. They turned down the testing. Making a different offer doesn't change that fact.

Pacquiao turned down a 14 day cut off after he was exposed on film having blood taken two weeks before the Hatton fight.

Nope. It's a gross oversimplification of what happened.

Mayweather wanted random testing. The testing everyone now demands.

Pacquiao wanted a 30 day cut off making excuses about blood weakening him.

It was pointed out Pacquiao had blood taken 2 weeks before the Hatton fight on film.

Mayweather offered a 14 day cut off at the mediation.

                    Pacquiao turned it down.

                    FACTS.

                      Untrue.

They wanted a 24 days cut off.

Floyd said he was willing to give them 14 days max.

                      They said no.
