    He knew a lot about Horn. He was at Horn VS Funeka in December 2016 and was interviewed after the fight. He knew Horn was a really good fighter...but I think he believed Manny still had enough to beat him. Bob Arum failed...along with Roach, Justin Fortune and the other cherry pickers in the group.

                        Horn is not the goods. Even though he fought tough and fought Pacquiao well. The fact of the matter is Pacquiao is eroded, old and shot from the Pacquiao of his prime. Pacquiao is still good enough though to fight B fighters like Horn. And I had Pacquiao winning over Horn even though Pac is a shell of himself.

                        Horn will get obliterated against the top guys Spence, Thurman, etc...
