How did arum know horn was the goods?

Seems strange. Arum seems to be the only one who thought highly of Horn.

    How did he know this?>

Unlike most of us, he probably watched his previous fights.

Most of us just assumed he was a bum because we never heard his name before.

Arum knew old Horny was a world beater and fed Manny to him. Number 8 p4p now, number 1 by next year.

He didn't. He just was gonna let manny lose to someone he wasn't connected to. It was either gonna be Horn or Crawford. No Spence or Thurman

I don't think he did. Horn was meant to be a showcase opponent for Pac. Manny was supposed to look really good, possibly creating demand for a Mayweather rematch - which Pac and Arum had been begging for. Or if Pac looked dominant and stopped Horn early it would make Loma or Crawford look like stars once Arum fed Pac to one of them, creating a new cash cow for Bob.

You're the only one in the world who believes that when Floyd already said there will never be a rematch. This is the same scheme as arum played with Bradley.
