It looks like they put too much effort into getting Salido, then when Salido decided that he didn't want the fight, they were left hanging.

So we get a fight thrown together at short notice.

What a disappointment that Salido chickened out.

When a fighter is fighting regularly, like 3-4 times a year, I'm usually okay with a one-on one-off arrangement. Which means one really good fight followed by one which is not as good, and is just about making money or showcasing or something.

Crawford vs Idongo is very good news. Crawford keep exceding my expectations, i dont think Idongo stand a chance if it goes past round 3. We should see Crawford defense at best before he start picking his shots and destroy Idongo. In any case, the fight is good for boxing, to have one unified champ.

As for Lomo, well, he's very skilled but if he doesn't fight a top level fighter soon i will loose totally interest. Dude is about the same age as Crawford and right now it's not even fair to compare both career.
