It trips me out that every time they bring up Ward vs Kov I, they say controversial. When they mention Jacobs vs GGG, they just flat out say he just won. There is plenty of people who thought Jacobs won that fight, just as many who thought Kov won the first fight.

That's mind boggling.

Except Kovalev dropped and out landed ward and lost, while Golovkin dropped and outlanded Jacobs and won.

I'm not sure why you try to equate the word "controversial" between two different scenarios.

Not true bro. Majority of experts had GGG beating Jacobs. Even HBO who are biased towards Ward thought Kov won the first fight. Don't try to change history just to make it fit your agenda

Yup. Gonna be in for a rude awaking once they realize Canelo isn't just gonna roll over... He's the best all around fighter GGG has EVER fought. Jacobs is good but has a weak chin. He diddnt even really try any power shots on GGG. He fought on his toes and just slapped shot GGG from the outside.

Amir Khan? (140 lb fighter, glass chin)
Liam Smith? (Weakest 154 lb champ)

So tell me how the hell he will stop the strongest 160 fighter with probably the best chin on the sport?.. Canelo is a solid puncher but thats it so cut off the crap already. I'm not saying Canelo doesn't has a chance, but only by decision.

The first close fight GGG was to have people were gonna say he lost no matter how absurd it is. You don't when you land more in 9 rounds, knock down your opponent with no response, and hurt you opponent numerous other times. Jacobs never stunned ggg, never knocked him down. Only out landed him in two rounds, and both were by like 2 punched. Jacobs threw a lot of flashy throws that looked good to untrained eyes in full speed, but they mostly didnt land. Where GGG had rounds he landed double what Jacobs did. Jacobs doesn't get points just because he didn't get ko'd and managed to back up. The same things people say Jacobs wouldnt let GGG do are the same things GGG didnt let Jacobs do either. But at least GGG had moments where Jacobs was hurt, puffing up his chest.

Ward v Kov 1 was not that hard to score. And GGG v Jacobs wasnt either. In the same way GGG beat Jacobs, Kov should have beated Ward, although that was a tad bit closer.

I can see that??? Ppl say Canelo has slow feet and can't cut off the ring. That might be true but not his 1-2 steps. He's got GREAT 1-2 foot speed he just doesn't have much past that.

Both have A+ jabs.
Canelo has a GREAT body to uppercut combo. And almost all his combos involve going to the body.
Canelo has A hand speed.
His power isn't 1 KO like GGG but he still has enough to make you honest.

GGG power is not 1 punch KO ,Canelo have more 1 punch KOs then GGG ,(yes GGG punch harder doe)
