This isn't the first time Canelo's mouth has gotten him into trouble. Canelo and the rest of them with the prefight posturing. It hasn't worked for his predecessors thus far so........ Canelo just shut up and show up on fight night and make it interesting. Predicting your going to knockout Golovkin is at the least very suspect and at the most looking for attention. Doesn't suit you Canelo.Comment

To be fair, who's ever dropped, or even stopped Chavez Jr., ever? Sergio Martinez who has considerable pop and a speed demon couldn't even drop him, and he was throwing everything and the kicthen sink at him. So, what's your point?
Also, did you even watch the fight? Chavez Jr literally didn't even want to fight, and almost didn't throw any punches after round 1. Kind of hard to drop and stop a guy that gives you almost nothing to work with.
GGG is the opposite of that. He almost doesn't give a **** if you hit him in the face, and gives you every opportunity to hurt him. Look at what small Brook was able to do to him. Canelo hits way harder, and throws way more combinations, whole being a very big dude, and sturdier than Brook.
I've always thought that Canelo is a bad style for GGG, because of how willing he is to letting his opponents land on him, but GGG is also a nightmare for anyone, so it can go either way, but no fighter has willingly gotten into a punch for lunch war with Canelo besides Kirkland, and we saw what happened to him.
If you wanna use the, look at how he did with that opponent game, then look at what Brook and Jacobs was able to do to GGG. And I'm a GGG fan, but I smell an upset coming from a mile away. I actually think this fights all wrong for GGG, and I'm banking on a Canelo win.Comment

Being the more skilled boxer doesn't mean everything. Size and being able to break down opponents matter. Just ask Kelly Brook.Canelo has the right attitude and the skills to back it up!
No doubt a second staple above 155 will help him out and the fact he can raise his game!
Thinking GGG rocks him badly early and then Canelo recovers and outboxes him and hurts him back late in the fight!
Folks are focused so much on his power, jab and his ability to cut off the ring but disregard who of the two has the better skills!
Canelo has improved on his jab and I expect it to be first rate once he fine tunes it in training camp!
He can get to Golovkin quicker and if worked on some more can evade some shots!
Wouldn't be surprised Chepo bros are focusing on lots of bodywork early against GGG like the Lara fight and then go for the head late!Comment

Canelo is a boxer-puncher.
Cotto is way better in defense, reflex and foot speed and head movement than GGG.
GGG is more frontal and more aggressive, is easy to hit compared with CottoComment
