Thats funny, paulie was bashin conor hard and even wanted to fight him now he gets a call to help and spar him and paulie cant wait to help him out lol
Paulie also bashed roach and wild card and rhen trained there, he bashed haymon and then signed with him, paulie does have a history of this stuff
How dumb. Using an Al Haymon guy for sparring means all of Mcgregor's moves will just be reported straight back to Floyd. Plus, Paulie has nothing for Mcgregor at this stage. He's not fast anymore and he was never powerful.
Floyd is not fast or powerful anymore either, go look at his last fights,
he's a pro boxer with a good head on his shoulders, very little to prove, and very little power.
you pick the wrong guy and he's just going to beat the f#ck out of connor in sparring. paulie is the perfect sparring partner, frankly. doesn't mean mcgregor's got even an iceberg's chance in hell of winning, but the choice for sparring is really solid.
I already know what the first few lessons should be:
1. Don't stand so tall unless you want Floyd to tee off on your chin all night.
2. Don't try no ignorant Superman punches unless you want to get dropped by Floyd
3. Don't stay on back foot and try to box Floyd. You won't land **** of meaning all night.
I think hiring Paulie is a great idea. As long as Conor gets all he can out of him.
