I had the Bradley 3 and Vargas fights much closer on the cards than the judges. He is still good, obviously, but he hasn't looked like a GREAT fighter to me in a long time now.
Every great fighter's performance degrades. They can't be great at fighting forever despite being a great fighter.

    GREEN K for good insight.

No doubt, that wasn't meant to dispute anything you said or bag on Pacquiao. Dude was a monster, in a plethora of weight classes, more just stating my feelings on 2017 Pacquiao, who I think has more cracks in the foundation than some may think. Won't matter on Saturday because of the opponent though, Horn is getting sent to hell.

Overrated? He deserves to be mentioned in the same breath with Ali, Duran, Leonard and others. Never played it safe. Ducked nobody. He chased danger. Greatest fighter of his generation. If you want to say somebody else was better, feel free. Nobody was greater.

But point taken because Ali turned out to be hype. So Vargas hasn't done a damn thing and never will.
Sadam Ali might become a belt holder again. I thought he was quite good in thr Abregu fight. Didn't watch Vargas beat him though.

It's only really mayweather fans who say he's not great.

Pac is one of the best fighters p4p there has ever been. Ask anyone who fought him

                Depends who's rating him.

2009-2010 when people were saying he was a Top 10 ATG then yeah I'd say he was overrated.

Still an ATG legend regardless. That can't be denied.

Then he should've agreed to testing earlier

Manny being overrated has more to do with his PED use and his well documented Toradol abuse.

Floyd called his bluff in 2009 with a blood test and ever since Manny has been on a rapid decline.

Never in the history of boxing has a fighter gone from getting koed with a jab from small guys to walking through punches from bigger guys 8 divisions higher.

Floyd fans would actually claim he was great then...seriously, it only makes Floyd look better.
