          Are you serious?

          Not that I'm surprised.

It makes War Chavez want to smile.

The fact that the cop kept shooting after the guy has his hands in the air amounts to attempted murder.

My advice after watching this video would be to verbalize all of your actions to an officer. If he asks you for your license, tell him that it is in your car, and ask him for permission to reach back in the car. You never know when you're going to run into a bad cop. It's best to always exercise caution.
The wallet is usually in the back pocket.
Had he reached for it he would have still been shot.

You're outta' gas on this one you bootlicking p*ssy.

imagine if pro fighters threw a haymaker at everyone they felt "threatened" by......broke jaws and bodies everywhere

what was the point of all that training, those extra gadgets if the first thing they go for is the strap?

Castile's license to carry a gun is irrelevant. He went about informing the officer the wrong way. Why would he tell him he had a gun in the car when he's digging in his pocket for his ID? You don't see how that might look su****ious?

If youre driving around with a gun in your car (legally or illegally), follow these directions and you will live to see another day. Put your hands on the steering wheel at 10 and 2. Inform the officer that you have a license to carry and that there is a gun in the car, do not lift your hands off the steering wheel until the officer has informed you that you can do so, inform the officer of each movement you're gonna make before you make it and wait for his approval before making it.

The cop was wrong, I'm not arguing that. What I'm arguing is this belief that Castile was dead the moment he was pulled over for "driving while black". If Philando followed the instructions I outlined, he would be alive today. Sad story.
I feel the same way you do.

Fact: most American cops would have told a white guy holding an ak 47 to freeze and not make a move. Too many of these incidents for it to be called an error of judgement. **** Garcia. Hope Broner KOs him the **** out.
