The lower divisions are more difficult to rank, though, so let's focus on them.
This list is crap.
Marciano is the best heavyweight of all time.
Holyfield is a steroid cheat so his record should at least have a asterisk next to it.
what ali did against foreman wouldnt work, but what he did against liston would work. huge difference between clay of 64 and ali of 74
What he did against Liston would not work against guys like Lewis or Klitschko or Fury. Liston was, like Foreman, a strong but not intelligent fighter.

Roy Jones is also a steroid cheat and a duck.
Marciano should technically be considered a cruiserweight and at cruiserweight, he would lose to Holyfield, just like he would at heavyweight (he would lose worse at heavyweight).

You can talk all the hypothetical jazz you want But it wont change the fact Marciano was Heavyweight champion of the world.

Holyfield was nothing more than a gatekeeper. He had a terrible chin and unsurprisingly couldn't take body shots either. Dude had heart and a punch but his style would get him knocked out by Marciano.
There is no blueprint to beat Marciano.
Holyfield got smacked up every other fight hahaha! He even got knocked out by a fat middleweight.
Jones is a myth. Nothing more.
Clever matchmaking makes mediocre fighters like Roid look better than they are.
Watch this video. It's proof Roid had an Amir level chin even in his prime. The guy he's fighting is called del valle, he is a feather fisted bum who never accomplished anything.
McCallum is a good bet on the best light middleweight ever. Other suggestions?
As far as the all time best at 154 it is certainly either McCallum or Norris, but in H2H, McCallum almost certainly stops Norris. McCallum at 154 was an absolute monster.
