        Ali and Tyson are my favourite boxers. But what Ali did against Foreman would never work against the bigger and more intelligent opponents today.

            Against Foreman, he implemented a gameplan based upon his own age, Foreman's agressivness, and the Zaire heat.

            The best version of him wouldn't have employed those same tactics against the other greats.

              The lower weights are difficult as you mentioned but i'd say Salvador Sanchez at Featherweight and Wilfredo Gomez at the weight below at Jr Featherweight area good shout

                what ali did against foreman wouldnt work, but what he did against liston would work. huge difference between clay of 64 and ali of 74

                    ray leonard would have been a handful as well, but he didn't spend a ton of time there. it's a migratory weight class, the money has always been at 147 and 160.
