Parker doesnt want to or just cant. Fury doesnt want to or just cant. AJ doesnt want to or just cant. Wladimir is too old and has lost his invincibility aura, he would get no credit. Povetkin ****ed up the fight.

Whyte? why? if wilder wants to, ok, but if he doesnt want to, ok too. Not that whyte is a good fighter anyway.
Yea based on the landscape at the moment I call bs on this "fan" lost angle. There isn't anyone he SHOULD be fighting right now really (Joshua & Parker are booked & the earliest either could be available is likely 5-6+ months from now). And there certainly isn't anyone he SHOULD be fighting right now that he's for sure NOT fighting that we are aware of cuz no opponent has been selected.

D- troll thread &/or guy wasn't a fan in the first place.

Parker's fight is delayed while Hughie takes a tune-up. But, Parker won't fight him. Wlad is 50/50 about AJ and I'm sure Wilder will step up if Wlad decides to retire.
You are sure he will because he has before, right?

To be fair, Wilder tried to fight Povetkin and Povetkin blew it, but there is no excuse for not at least trying to get another strong opponent into the ring. Wilder should fight Ortiz, Browne, Parker or Pulev, just to prove that he even should be mentioned in the same breath as Joshua or Fury.

He got the physical tools, but he lacks confidence in his own skills.
No ****er, don't write ***** like this, then he comes in here reading this stuff and then saying 'That's why I been not fighting bums like that, cause then I won' get credit'. So you basically are giving him an excuse to not fight. Dillian Whyte is a good fight at heavyweight, stop it.

Based on what? Wilder called out AJ on the Showtime set after he beat Martin. He's been after AJ since the second he won the title. But that doesn't fit your ****ed up agenda so you pretend like it didn't happen.

Based on the fact that he flew to the fkin UK to attend Joshua vs Klitschko and has talked endlessly about wanting AJ. Please, let's not act like children and pretend that he flew out there just to throw up a smoke screen. It's not a reach to say that he wants an AJ fight when that's what he's been going on about for months now. That was even part of his reasoning for not wanting Whyte.

I don't expect, or even want, anyone to like the guy. Let's just not do this herd mentality, "He's unpopular so I'm going to bash on him like everyone else."

What the hell does that have to do with anything I just said? You don't get to change the narrative with me now go outside and play.

don't you think you're reaching a bit there pal?

Every boxer on earth talk's about wanting to fight XYZ, It means Zilch.
Flying to an event doesnt mean schit either, Parker Flew to his fight with washington, instead of bringing him out and hyping the fight, they had a 3 second awkward handshake backstage.

And BTW yes he flew to the UK......and the proceeded to have a staged confrontation with tony ****ING bellew.

Deontay can fly and say whatever the hell he wants, doesnt change the fact his team have very little confidence in him....for very good reason i might add.
                  He's just not very good.

All we can Judge him on, is his resume. which in nearly 40 fights is frankly beyond embarrassing at this stage.

You're telling me he flew to the UK, not to show his interest in fighting the winner of AJ/Wlad, but for a scripted Bellew argument? Come on, you may not think much of me but you must know I'm not ****** enough to buy that idea.

Anyhow, we won't agree I guess but I do hope to see him land top fights. I'm not a Wilder fan because he doesn't respect his craft and hasn't addressed some fundamental issues he's got. But, I do see him trying to get meaningful fights (finally) and I can't fault him for that, even if I've got other problems with the guy.

Let's be real here though. Yes he's talked endlessly about wanting Joshua to the likes of Tuscaloosa news and some US based boxing blogs/youtubers but none of those are the kind of sources that are going to get back to England. It's all well and good talking a lot when the only people that are going to hear you are your own fans but it doesn't actually achieve anything.

An yes he did fly over for the Joshua v Klitschko fight... at Sky's request to work on their commentary, where he had to be pressed by the Sky team to even mention fighting Joshua. Sky literally gave him the platform that millions of people would hear and he froze when he should have been selling himself and selling the Joshua fight to make that huge.

I actually quite like Wilder, he's entertaining, but I certainly do not buy into talk meaning anything at all. Actions are a lot louder than words an thus Wilder is always gonna get some stick until his actions match his words.
