Actually Rigo would have the reach advantage, which might cause Loma problems trying to close distance.

Not really. It is due to his shoulder width. Loma has an advantage in Arm Length (measured from armpit to fist) 23" to 22". Rigondeaux has the 3 inch "reach" (fingertip to fingertip) advantage. Loma is also taller.
