Loma doesn't need Rigo to further his career. His star is rising. Meanwhile, Rigo has been a pro for 8 years, twice as long as Loma and he still hasn't caught the attention of the general public or casual fanbase. Rigo needs Loma or a fight with Davis or Russell Jr. He is sulking in obscurity and his last "win" was a cheap shot after the bell. Not looking good for Rigo if he doesn't ger a big name this year.
