But if these two guys fight, they would drive each other crazy in the ring with so many skills on display. I think each guy would render the other guy quite a bit less effective and the result would be a very close fight or even a draw. There would be some neutralizing going on but an entertaining fight just the same. Some serious combined ring IQ! I wouldnt bet on the winner with someone else's money, lol.

Ship has sailed. The Cuban is trying to correct something that can no longer be corrected. He should have taken the fight a year or so ago.
The weight difference makes it impossible to make now.
People just don't have to take it seriously.
Rigo is using Loma to promote his fights. Let him be.

The reality is that Rigo got away with playing bs games and now he's in desperation mode. Rigo was the one that turned down $500K saying it was too low, yet his fight purse for Flores was revealed to be $120K. When Lomachenko offered them a fight at 126, they tried to be cute and demanded a 124 CW. Now that Lomachenko has moved up, he's willing to fight at 126? What a joke.

So let's recap this: In the first negotiation, Rigo turned down $500K, he refused to fight at 126 and demanded a 124 CW. What's happened since then? Lomachenko's profile has raised dramatically and Rigo has been inactive. He's no longer in a position to make any kinds of demands and if he wants a big fight, he's the one that's going to have to sacrifice.
Isn't offering 128 a sacrifice? He goes up 6, Loma comes down 2

If Golovkin told Floyd to come up to 160 he would have been crucified [more than he already was] but he did offer to go down to 154.

Asking someone to jump 2 weight classes when you have already said you'd go down a weight class for an interesting fight seems like double speak to me.

They could make this fight if they wanted and they would do it if enough money was on the table - therein lies the issue.
I've never heard Rigo would go above 126. Only recently has he said he'd go up to that weight. I don't think they really expect Guille to meet them at 130. I think it's just their way of saying they're not going to move for Rigondeaux. I don't blame the Lomo camp. They don't need Rigo, and Vasyl has already moved on. And you're right, for enough money, this fight gets made. Trouble is, there's no money in it.

I agree with Rigo. Why not meet in the middle at 126? And i dont wanna hear no bullsht about Loma being too big cuz he is not. Loma is a midget..

            Make it happen...

Rigo said just last week that he would be willing to discuss 127 or 128

discussing 127 or 128 is like every pound will cost additional 100k$.
Nothing else.Rigo would like to get more money.

                Rigo is already irrelevant.
                Loma is a star.
If Rigo wanna payday - go 130, take your money and get ko.

When Loma was at 126, Rigo was reluctant to move up in order to make that fight happen but now that he's settled in at 130, team Rigo expects him to risk compromising himself by moving down an entire division? Rigo is trying to dictate terms like he was Pac or Floyd. Keep in mind that Rigo was still asking for a catchweight under 126 after Loma became champ at 130. He's primarily throwing Loma's name out there for publicity. If you want the fight, prove it by moving up. Simple as that.

Here's a clueless fan boy who doesn't even mention that Rigo said 124 - when Loma was ready for the fight at 126

Now that Loma is 130, 126 isn't too big anymore lol.
