If you got the source that said it was agree, then show it.
No, the money was not declined, and in fact it was accepted:

    August 30th, 2015:
Vasyl Lomachenko: Rigondeaux Does Not Want To Fight

    By Gregroy Stangrit

27-year-old Ukrainian Vasyl Lomachenko, who holds the WBO world featherweight championship, says WBA/WBO junior featherweight champion Guillermo Rigondeaux of Cuba, 34-years-old, has refused to fight him.

The two Olympic champions have been trading messages on the social networks, calling each other out to fight.

Lomachenko says everything was agreed upon, including a rehydration clause on the morning of the fight and then Rigondeaux refused to face him.

"When we started talking to them about a fight in more detail, they put forward different conditions. They demanded the [financial] amount that was required, and we agreed with them about it. They made a demand that on the morning of the fight, my weight does not exceed 62.5 kilograms [135-pounds give or take]. I agreed. But now they told us that they are not ready to stage this fight, now they do not want to fight," Lomachenko said.

So the only source you got is what a Loma said they told him?

lol That's your facts, the opinions of what Loma was told it happen thru a translator?

How about they said they offered Salido 720k but he declined.
If you were to believe that. Then they offer a lesser fighter a 720k but a two time Olympic undefeated p4p fighter a 500k and is was ok.

Try, try, try, as hard as you want. The video evidence says it all and goes in line with Rigo pulling out because of the weight concerns despite it being at 126:

Now are you one of those stubborn people that can't admit when they were mistaken and just keep trying to spin this around against Loma somehow, or are you willing to man up and concede at this point?

If you have no counter source then get lost, I have no time for trolls. Rigo was offered a fight and declined. That is a fact. Live with it.
