Rigs eventually said, He'd fight him at 126, no catchweight or nothing, just pay him accordingly. Lomachenko acknowledged this on video by stating everything was agreed to between the fighters. Arum is the arsehole who nixed the fight claiming Rigondeaux priced himself out. Yet Arum only offered 400 or 500k. Arum is a scumbag.
How is the guy you quoted lying??? You just said 500K, he said 500K, everywhere on the internet the amount is 500K, what is he or anyone lying about?????

Whats funny is this wasn't talked about when rigo ducked Loma at 126. Good on Egis, as i stated before Loma should not accommodate Rigo who has no power in anything and makes no money. His own promoter who hands out cash to everyone still gives him nothing. Loma is not going back down, Rigo wants the fight he does what Loma asks.

That is not even REALISTIC! Rigo is a VERY LITTLE GUY! This fight is not happening now unfortunately! I think Rigo should target Frampton, Leo Santa Cruz, Mares at 126 that is more realistic but not sure how long Leo stays at 126 he looked HUGE vs Frampton in the rematch so Rigo needs to make a decision quickly what he wants to do no more layoffs he is not getting any younger

When a fighter from a lower division starts calling out a bigger guy, he should be willing to go to the bigger guy's natural division. Going up in weight does nothing to physically affect the smaller fighter. Meanwhile weight drain is real, albeit something that doesn't take place nearly as much as fans today seem to believe.

That said, I don't see how Rigo has been unfair in his request to Loma. When they were at 122 and 126, he asked for 124, which is right down the middle. And now that they're at 122 and 130, he said 126. The article even suggest he'd do 127 or 128. That's more than fair. If Lomachencko doesn't think he can make either of those weights and perform effectively. By all meams, he shouldn't compromise himself. But if he can, and this is nothing more than d1ck measuring, it sux. Especially considering that in term of pure boxing skills, this is by far the best fight that can be made in boxing. For a true hardcore boxing fan, Rigondeaux-Lomachencko is bigger than Ward-Kovalev, Canelo-GGG, or even Mayweather-Pacquiao. Hope they can get it done.

Nah..Mayweathwer should go up to 160, just to suit GGG.

And for example, if Ward called out Wlad, Wlad should come down to 175. Just to suit Ward.

Doing what's in your own best interests is overrated. You should simply bow down immediately to whatever your opponent lays out to you, or forever be labelled a duck.

Rigo already lost against Nonito. He is irrelevant.

Lomo isn't dropping back down just to meet Rigo, and Guillermo is too small to fight at 130, especially against a P4P fighter. It's really too bad these guys will never fight, but the weight disparities and the timing have always been a little off. What are you gonna do?
I remember that too. But I also remember that team Loma saying they could drop down to 126 for interesting fights - and isn't Rigo even saying 127/8 ?

If Golovkin told Floyd to come up to 160 he would have been crucified [more than he already was] but he did offer to go down to 154.

Asking someone to jump 2 weight classes when you have already said you'd go down a weight class for an interesting fight seems like double speak to me.

They could make this fight if they wanted and they would do it if enough money was on the table - therein lies the issue.

It's the other way around, FYI. Rigo schooled Donaire in a one-sided fight.
