With that logic since Sergio struggled against the completion GGG destroyed that 147 would have KO'd Sergio if he hurt GGG.

Golovkin has a better record also Sergio has only 9 bouts at 160 and other than winning over Pavlik he splits with Williams and gets beat up by Cotto a blown up welter! Don't forget the Macklin bout that he clearly lost in his home country.

He ran all night against Junior who couldn't box oranges on a table
      in a brutally bad performance.

Sergio wanted no part of Golovkin and took on lil' Cotto and Junior instead. That should tell you who the better Middleweight was and is!

Sergio will never be in a conversation when talking about quality Middleweights. Right now GGG is a top twenty five Middleweight in my book.

Martinez beat the **** out of Mackin and put on a clinic against Chavez jr..the fact he only had 9 fights at 160 makes his run that much more amazing

If GGG beats Canelo he would have a much better resume.

Sergio dropped by ether Barker or Macklin cant remember and Murry who won that fight. So its Mack, Barker, Murry,Dzyndzyruk,JCC,Pavlik,Williams

GGG-Macklin(beat more impressive), Geale(Barker level, and beat Barker), Jacobs, Murry,Brook, Lemieux, Ishida, Rosado, Stevens, Rubio and if he beats Canelo is a much better run then Sergio had.

            Gennady is higher all time

Martinez is over rated, His resume isn't that impressive and really he has 2 decent names in Pavlik & Williams

The rest is filler and Border line line decent at best unless you count the beat downs he received from Margarito & Cotto.

One was lineal champ and the other is mostly a paper champ. One chased greatness and moved up in weight to become a 2 division champ while another stayed in one weak weight class chasing a check against smaller fighters. Martinez fought and beat better fighters. GGG is still just a hype job with accolades that are complete bs like his so called defense streak of a damn REGULAR title.

Ali was well past his prime and clearly neurologically impaired when he fought Berbick.

You can't seriously compare that to Martinez getting stopped by Margarito

Also, Golovkin was far more dominant and impressive against their common opponents.

You just ****ted on the majority of Floyd's wins by saying that. How many prime fighters did Floyd face after 135?
