GGG is going over to the dark side. He'll be coming out of the black corner vs Canelo, Roc Nation style.

It ain't a race thing. It's a work thing, people wanted to see him put some work in. Jacobs was a solid "win". But you need to expand your mind buddy. I'm black and I think GGG puts Canelo away in 9.

Ward would still beat him at any weight though.

Yeah we've been getting some SHTY stopages lately??? This one isn't as bad as the Andre "I Stay Down" Direll vs. Uzcategui who hit him with a 3 hit combo that 1st punch was before bell. 2nd right at bell, and 3rd a split second AFTER. I'm DONE being a fan of him.

Andre and I Quit Walter's give boxing a BAD name...

Maybe weeks will ref Hugh's match with Redass and bust him just North of the nits then plant a good shot straight to the nits and see if weeks stops the fight and award GGG the win

as crazy as it sounds, that was actually the right call.

Steele got a TON of stick for that fight for yeaaars, wrongfully so IMO.

It doesnt matter if there was 0.2 seconds left, the amount of time left should not come into the reff's mind, the only thing that matters is whether Taylor responds to steeles instruction, he did not respond and therefore it was rightfully waved off.

Naturally ggg would say this to sync with Kov as he was taking a break on the ropes before continuing.

"after Ward landed three consecutive punches below Kovalev’s belt line"

Don't remember that. Is this author showing their bias here a little bit?

Last punch seemed low, fair enough. But by that point Kovalev was curled up like a hedgehog, so you can hardly blame Ward.

Second to last punch was borderline at the very worst.

Third to last was clearly above the waistband.

                      You're a journalist. Be impartial.
