Kovalev is just entertaining as heck and that wont change. I actually went back and watched him annihilate Cleverly and sillakh. I'll gladly continue watching him.

I always look for qualities of myself when I look into fighters to become fans of

I'm pretty much a quitter in every phase of life

So it's no coincidence that my three favorite fighters are Walters, Kov, and Brook

lol true but I've also made fun of Pacman at times. I do hope to see Kovalev in the ring looking good again.

Well, firstly i don't mind boxers quitting. Just be up front about it. Walters quitting isn't bad IMO why? Because he didn't disguise it, he came out and said he had enough. Brook try to disguise his quitting even though he claimed he was winning, and Kovalev tried to use the ref as an excuse. I think it actually shows them in a worse light, Kovalev like Brook didn't want anymore, they both didn't want to continue because their body were destroyed period. Man up and stop looking for excuses.

One he shouldn't have even been in, but his eye sockets caved in on him.
This. I'm not a big fan of Kovalev because I don't like his antics, but I respect him a lot as a fighter.

I like and respect Brook, he quit to protect his health and needed surgery to fix himself. Props to him.

Walters I was a big fan of before, and even picked him against Lomachenko, but lost all respect for him after he blatantly quit without even getting hurt.

This thread is pathetic. Those guys put in gallant performances against the best of the best, their best simply was not good enough.
