Yeah even without the Mayweather-McGregor fight I didn't see them getting that much PPV buys. How much $$$ do you've think 1.2-1.3m generates?

I'm saying the Mayweather VS Connor Mcgregor fight will do about 1.2-1.3 million ppv's. No way does it sell 3-4 million ppv's.
I think Canelo vs Triple g will sell about 1.5 million ppv's. Maybe a little more.
I said before the Canelo vs Chavez fight that it would sell over a million ppv's and it did. People on here were saying I was high on something but I was correct.
And I think I'll be right again on both this upcoming ppv fights.

You could be right. Of what im certain is that the may haters/ casuals that showed up for the may-paq fight wont this time, because the 0% change of him losing. And im pretty sure the i-hate-may-and-want-him-to-lose base is quite large in size

I just don't see Mayweather vs Mcgregor doing anywhere near what was predicted. I am thinking It will probably do somewhere around 1.5-1.8 million and Canelo vs Triple G will be somewhere between 1.2-1.4 million. So I am leaning toward Mayweather vs Mcgregor outselling Canelo vs Triple G but It will not sell as well as people think.

1.3 million at $100 a pop for Mayweather vs Mcgregor Is $130 million.

You need to factor in the millions of MMA meatheads who think their man is going to knock Mayweather out though. Add those to the casuals plus the millions that the hype train picks up when it is at full steam and I can easily see it reaching May-Pac numbers. It will definitely affect Canelo vs Golovkin, who I think may need a strong undercard to recover some losses.

Mayweather-McGregor will outsell Canelo-Golovkin, most probably by more than a million or millions of pay-per views due to the casual boxing fans and mma fans. That is likely true, even though the one is obviously more of a real boxing fight and the other is some kind of a curious exhibition that we just want to see. Whether it the 'circus' act outsells May-Pacman we don't know, but the build-up will be interesting.
