By the way my boxing record is 4-0. All four fights didn't last more than six minutes. I also have a good record in other fighting styles.

MMA is straight up certified ****. Boxing is so much better.

If you anything about the sport of boxing you'd understand that MMA is a combo of everything ( Wrestiling , boxing , Juijitsu , Kickboxing etc. ) saying MMA guys dont match up in skill against a boxer is completely ******ed becasue it's 2 different sports. WTF does the Corrales/Castillo war have anything to do with it ? A mixed martial artist would break any of those 2 in half.

One thing that I have accepted is that the top MMA guys will literally submit anyone, and you can't match the two against eachother.

Gracie would submit Tyson in a heartbeat if he didnt get knocked out. I'm not doubting the skill of these MMA guys I just didnt really get entertained by this bill though, mainly because im trying to get to grips with it.

I don't think Dana White is scared or doing it for money. Dana White is a business owner trying to increase his market share by reaching out to a specific group of people that are willing to pay for this fights. Recent internet articles suggest that UFC is taking market share away from boxing. Even though UFC is getting more and more popular they will never be able to tap the boxing market share. This is what we know:

                1) The true boxing fan cannot stand to watch two guys sit on each other (Must be a wrestler or MMA to understand the technical skill to appreciate the fight)

                2) ****sexuals and Gays are the major driver for the increase in UFC market share (Look at the San Francisco market share up 200%)

                3) Comparing UFC to Boxing is like comparing NBA to NFL... Martial Artist love talking about how much BETTER their art is to another. I think they have to justify why its better to wrestle around with another guy with just having speedos on

there are number of ways, ever watch amatuer wrestling? one solid technique is tackle a guy around the leg(or legs) with your shoulder driving into his knee... he either goes down and gets a broken leg....

You just systematically broke your own argument down.

It is the very reason why MMA'ers dont have the skill level of a boxer, because they have "a combo of everything". They dont practice as much on one thing, thus meaning they never reach the level that a boxer would, since he concentrates on just one discipline. I have watched all that MMA **** with the ineffective little kicks to the legs and stuff. Anyone with toughness like Tyson would just walk through that and as soon as your foot is raised off the floor all it needs is for him to land one of his concussive bombs and you are out. Better believe.

Corrales/Castillo relates because I never see any MMA dude show that much heart in a fight, nor skill in a fight. Its always over early in MMA, and the dudes they are fighting are complete ****ing nobodies with glass chins. One shot to the dome and they are gone. Try doing that to Castillo....
