Wasn't Floyd in a similar position vs Judah and the ref came to his aid? Ref saw Kovalev scream after the last 3 shot to the balls and he decides to stop the fight what kind of BS is that?

Kovalev was tired but he was still swinging, getting hit 3 times low while tired really takes it out of you. Isn't the rule to give time to fighters after getting hit low for that exact reason, because there isn't much you can do when you get hit in the balls.
