1 Borderline when a guy was bent over? Get that Kovalev loving ass out. Be biased say your boy was finished an move on. They should be begging for a fight with Stevenson now, in hopes Ward changes his mind to fight Kovalev again. But Stevenson may end Kovalev if he comes in with that condition.

Seem to be the go to catch phrases for some guys these days. It looked low to me. The last three shots thrown by Ward looked low to me. Certainly not the type of shots I would teach my son to use

Unless Kovalec had his balls moved higher, those punches were borderline. Especially since his trunks damn near touched his belly button.

You can't administer an eight-count and since Kovalev was too damn tired to do anything else but sit on the ropes and eat shots, he gave Weeks little choice. Especially since he wasn't throwing back, had body language the last couple rounds, was complaining about everything, trying to get quick rests and was fatigued, Weeks did him a favor.

That sums up the ending of the fight.

It's funny that just a few days ago Ward said Kovalev's power wasn't what it's cracked up to be and the usual suspects went crazy on Ward lol. Kovalev said Ward punches like a girl.


I still think Kovalev is a very hard puncher but the fact remains that he never had Ward in serious trouble in either fight. But Ward did hurt Kovalev badly.


Don Turner who is Kovalev's assistant trainer was asked what happened and he simply said "Kovalev got hit. He's a puncher but he's not a thinker
