He has been to the top in UFC, and there is nobody left for him to face there! Conor Mcgregor is possibly the single most marketable individual athlete in the world, after Usain Bolt! (And when you have that type of Market Value, you can attract opponents in boxing! Its as simple as that! Boxing is not just a sport, it is show business!).....

I am not even a big MMA fan, but i can envision what Mcgregor's long term boxing goals are! (Providing he puts in a semi decent performance against Mayweather, he will then fight again!)....

If he does that he has a chance - the same chance Maidana would have if he watched footage of McGreggor in the octagon and used it as a blueprint against Georges St-Pierre in an MMA fight!
