So this draw is going to be completely dependant on MMA fan boys. They aren't even interested in this fight with the exception of some Conor die hards.

This is going to be like the Brock Lesnar UFC comebacks that projected 1+ mil PPV's but only ended up doing 300-400K because people aren't that ******.

It's not doing 5 mil. it's not coming close to 4 mil. honestly it's not even doing 2 mil PPV's.

    Mark my words.
I disagree, I think this fight does 3 Million buys because you are targeting two sports, boxing as well as MMA

Mayweather's perpetual little man syndrome will cost him this time. he wanted to show up Golden boy ...

but honestly, i would not be surprised if GGG/Canelo outsold Mcgregor/Mayweather. The biggest PPV of all time land on mexican holidays for a reason.

Latino fan base will decide. and when the smoke settles, GGG/Canelo is the fight they will buy.

like Brock Lesnar brought over WWE fans on his comebacks? WWE + UFC = 2 mill PPV's! can't go wrong.

400K and 300K in those fights. People knew those fights are jokes like they already know for this fight.

Just boxing fans, then yes, I do think that Canelo vs GGG would outsell Floyd vs Conor, but Floyd vs Conor is going to get a lot of MMA support.

Sadly, I think the truth of it is that this fight might have a shot at approaching the buy-rate record Floyd and Manny set.

It shouldn't even come close, but I've been overwhelmed with the amount of casuals talking about this fight, excited to see it, and not truly understanding how little of a chance McGregor has. It's going to be a long ass summer.

I think having MMA fans, plus the hype and build up to this fight, will make it huge

nah MMA fans don't even think he has a chance. they supported him on his path to win.

a lot of them will not mismatches like this where he's guaranteed to take an L for money.

exactly the same mentality that Lesnar fans didn't tune into Lesnar's late money grabs.

the fights always have to be competitive to sell.

Weird how fans on this forum think they have some type of POWER to help or hurt an event. We really DON'T, not in this Event. It is going to do numbers with or without you and it will DESTROY Canelo vs GGG in PPV Buys that is not even debatable! I guess you can keep telling yourself otherwise if it makes you feel better but it won't make it true

I think Canelo vs GGG is a good enough match up that he SHOULD do better numbers than this exhibition but it WON'T because Casual Sports fans don't give a **** about Canelo or GGG like they do Mayweather and McGregor! Look I wish i was wrong as a hardcore boxing fans but trying to be Naive about things is not going to make anyone get their wish lol

name one other fight that's as much of a mismatch as this that sold over 2 mil.

PPV buying people are not as ****** as you think.

I certainly hope you're right, I would hate for the biggest fight in history to include an MMA fighter
