Gotta say I like the way Ward rolls. He has no interest in the reality show portion. Focuses on the fight. Not a lot of emotion out of him. It'll be a great fight regardless this time.

And among those statistics NOT A SINGLE BODY PUNCH COUNTED we can be sure.. I've been dealing with this idiocy for generations on this site.. REWATCH THE FIGHT. SCORE THE ****ING BODY PUNCHES. THEN GET BACK TO ME.

What makes you think you've got some kind of monopoly on objectivity? Or eyes? Everybody watched the same fight you did and believe it or not most posters on here are quite familiar with how to score fights. All you're saying here is the same old 'if you didn't score the fight like I did then you DKSAB'.

Sorry man (or is that Ann? ), but this **** is subjective and you are no more or less fallible or unbiased than the rest of us. The arrogance of assuming that 70% of boxing fans don't know how to score bodyshots is something else.

Look man, I scored the fight narrowly for Kovalev but I can see how you could score it for Ward - what I won't accept and is in fact patently absurd - is the idea that it was in any way a clear or obvious win for Dre... bodyshots or no. Counting up punches is a piss poor way of scoring a fight, but if I am going down that route I generally trust these guys pretty well because they're basically slightly obsessed and do actually (unlike Compubox) work off replays and break the scoring punches into types (jab, hook etc).. And yes. They do count bodyshots though not as a category unfortunately.

I seem to be looking forward to that fight a lot more than the haters

Ward was underdone heading into that fight

Ward will be sharper this time, Kovalev will be smarter this time

but, Ward has made an art-form out of adjusting to his opponent

he never fights the same

expect him to be sharper, more confident, and expect him to dig a little deeper into his bag of tricks

not sure what changes we will see from the Kovalev camp
